    Donell leads our team of experts at WCP and its partners in the curation of relationships that lead to the creation of beautiful buildings and spaces. Utilizing more than twelve years of diversity, equity, and inclusionary training and field expertise. Donell is a researcher, consultant, community, and urban developer that innovatively builds bridges to lasting change.

    Trey wakes up every morning thinking about how to build more sustainable and just places. He brings ten years of experience solving community issues alongside everyone from people in homelessness to prime ministers. He is a researcher, organizer, planner, and visionary.
